Ingredients

    (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, keep liquid

  • 2

    tablespoons tahini

  • 2

    tabpespoons fresh lemon juice

  • ¼

    cup chickpeas liquid

  • 1

    tablespoon olive oil

  • 1

    clove garlic

  • ½

    teaspoon salt

  • 4

    cups packed baby spinach

Directions

Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, liquid, olive oil, garlic and salt in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add the spinach, 1 cup at a time, and puree until smooth.
