Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup flour Bake 350º 30-35 min.
- 1 tea. Baking powder
- 1/2 tea. Salt
- 1 Small package Cook & Serve Vanilla pudding mix
- 3 Tbls. Soft butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 20oz can sliced peaches well drained (save syrup)
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 3 Tbls. peach syrup
- 1 Tbls. sugar
- 1/2 tea. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan.
Beat flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg & milk for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Arrange peach slices on top of batter.
Beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 Tbls. syrup for 2 minutes. Spread to within 1 inch of edge of pie pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake. Cool and refrigerate.
