PASTA = Spicy Pepper Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz.) penne or tube pasta
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed or 1/2 tsp minced fresh
- 2 pkgs (3 1/2 oz each) sliced pepperoni, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, layer the pasta, rosemary, pepperoni, pepperoncinis and red peppers. Add water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add the cream and grated parmesan cheese, toss to coat.
