Directions
For the rhubarb syrup
Slice the rhubarb in small piece of 2 cm. And put it in a pan.
Add the sugar and the water and bakd for around 7 to 8 minutes. Let it cool and pass it in a sieve to only keep the syrup. Keep the the reste of the mixture to put it in a bowl with vanilla greek yogurt.
Prepare a glass with some ice.
In a mixer, add the gin, triple sec and the the syrup in the shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds.
Put the mixt into the glass
Add tonic or club soda to adjust to your taste.
Garnish with lime zest.
