Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 T finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 ripe but firn tomatoes, sliced in half and seeded.
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill for 15 minutes on low. Sprinkle the garlic and parsley on the tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil. Place the tomatoes, bread crumbs side up on the grill and cook until they are spotted with black on top, about 15 minutes.
