Savory Sirloin

A fabulous dinner entree, pair with a root vegetable and salad for a healthy dinner. Sirloin has about 130 calories per 3 oz serving.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp margarine
- 1 T lowfat plain yogurt
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
- 1 T chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat form meat. Combine garlic and spices. Sprinkle over meat. Melt margarine in a nonstick pan. Add meat and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes each sidek or to desired doneness. Place meat on serving platter and keep warm. Combine yogurt, mustard, and worchestershire sauce in a small bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Spread mixture over warm meat. Garnish with parsley. To serve, slice meat on diagonal into thin slices.
