Ingredients

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion, fine-chopped
  • 2 eight oz portions monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz bread crumbs
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 T garlic butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well the cream cheese, onion, one portion of hte jack cheese, bread crumbs and crab meat in a large bowl. Stuff the mixture into the 4 mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place remaining cheese nad garlic butter over the top of the mushrooms nasd broil until golden brown.
