Egg, Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sausage
- 1 loaf bread (cut off crust & cube)
- 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. half & half

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain. Place on bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Place bread on top of sausage and put shredded cheese on top of bread.
Mix eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and half and half. Pour liquid mixture over other ingredients in casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
