Baked Tuna or Swordfish

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs fish
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. dried dill

Preparation
Step 1
Cut fish into serving portions. Rinse under cold water; pat dry on paper toweling. Place in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Bake, uncovered in 350°oven, until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20-30 min. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
