Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 ripe peeled peaches cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 bottle champagne/spkling wine chilled

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in small saucepan, bring to a boil. remove from heat, cool to room temp. strain rosemary syrup, discard solids. Chill at least 1 hour.

place syrup and peaches in blender, process til smooth. strain through sieve, cover and chill at least 4 hours.
