Ingredients
- 1 T vegetable oil
- chopped onion (1 T plus)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 bag frozen veggie mix (thawed or micro for 3 min)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T flour
- 1 chicken bouillion cube crumbled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil on medium. Cook onion and turkey until browned. Add the veggies, season with salt and pepper, add flour and stir. Mix in the bouillion cube, water and mushroom soup until heated through about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
