Ingredients

  • 3 Cups mixed berries, preferably 1 cup each of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Truvia
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 18 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth, turning off the machine and scraping down the inside of the container once or twice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.

Freeze in an ice cream machine.
