Ingredients
- 1/2 large cantaloupe, trimmed and seeded (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 large honeydew melon, trimmed and seeded (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 24 pieces fancy plastic cocktail swords or long toothpicks
- 24 individual fresh basil leaves

Step 1
1. Trim all the rind off the cantaloupe and honeydew halves and cut the trimmed melon into 2 inch squares about 1/2 inch thick
2. Cut the prosciutto into 24 matching thin pieces as best you can
3. Thread on each cocktail stick alternating single pieces of cantaloupe, a basil leaf, honeydew, prosciuto, and end with another piece of cantaloupe all pushed tight together to form a 3 layer mini sandwich.
