Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (approx. 3 bananas)
- 1/3 cup plan lowfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lihgtly spoon slour into dry cup and level with knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt with whisk. Set aside.
Beat sugar and butter in large bowl with mixer at medium speed approx. 1 minute, until well blended. Add eggs ONE AT A TIME, beating well after each addition. Add bananas, yogurt, vanilla, and beat until blended.
Add flour mixture. Beat at low speed jsut until moist.
Spoon into 8 1/2 , 4 1/2 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes otu clean. Cool 10 minute sin pan. Remove from pan.
