Ingredients
- 2 pounds baking potatoes -- cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons whipped butter -- melted
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a saucepan; add water to cover, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until very tender; drain.
Combine potato, cream cheese and the next 3 ingredients in a bowl and mash your heart out.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, lightly oiled; drizzle butter over the top of the potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
