GREEN CRUDITES WITH CREAMY HORSERADISH DIP
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp prepared drained horseradish
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp minced fresh chives, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups assorted vegetables (sugar snap peas, asparagus, broccoli, celery, etc.) cleaned, trimmed and peeled
In medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, horseradish, 1 tbsp chives, tarragon and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature 1 hour before serving.
Sprinkle remaining chives over dip. Arrange vegetables platter; serve with dip.
