Ingredients
- 5 large baking potatoes, peeled
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- optional topping: 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil whole potatoes
toes until tender. When cool enough
handle, slice 1/4" thick. Put potatoes in oiled 9"x13" glass baking pan. Mix
cream, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese
if desired. Bake 35 minutes or until tender.
