Ingredients
- ORANGE-HONEY Y0GURT:
- 24 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 8 ounces peeled Sunkist oranges, segmented and chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated Sunkist orange peel
- 3 tablespoons orange blossom honey
- 3 cups granola
- 12 ounces peeled Sunkist oranges, segmented
- 12 ounces Sunkist strawberries, trimmed and quartered
- Grated Sunkist orange peel, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Orange-Honey Yogurt:
Combine yogurt, chopped orange, grated peel and honey in a large bowl. Whisk until completely combined.
For each parfait, spoon 1/4 cup granola into the bottom of an 8-ounce parfait glass.
Spoon 1/4 cup Orange-Honey Yogurt onto the granola. Do not push the yogurt to the sides of the glass, as it will spread naturally.
Top yogurt with 1 ounce each of orange segments and strawberries.
Dollop about 1 tablespoon yogurt on strawberries.
Garnish with grated orange peel.
Makes 12 servings.
