Ingredients

  • 1 can Shoepeg Corn-drained
  • 1 can French Style Green Beansdrained
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (8-oz.) container Sour Cream
  • 1 Onion-chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 block Sharpe Cheddar Cheesegrated
  • 1 tube Ritz Crackers-crumbled
  • 1 stick Butter or Margarine

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top of mixture. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
