Ingredients
- 1 fresh Jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 sprigs onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (coriander)
- 1 1/2 pound ripe tomatoes, seeded and sliced (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 3 tbsp tomato juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and let stand for at least 30 minutes before serving.
This salsa is best served the day it is made..
