- 3/4 lb Brussel Sprouts
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- olive oil

Step 1
1. Peel off the outer layer of leaves, then cut off the bottom of the stem, and any part that has turned brown.Cut the sprouts in half from stem to tip, and place them in a small baking dish.
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder liberally over sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, and stir to coat evenly.
3. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sprouts are done once the outer layers start to turn dark brown, but can go until they have completely browned and are crispy.
