Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages of elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (8 ounce) containers sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.

3. In a bowl mix milk, eggs, sour cream, seasoning salt, and pepper. Add cheddar cheese and pasta to the mixture and toss until evenly coated. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.

4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until milk mixture is done.
