  • 30-32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Tony's
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
