- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cut vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 egg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and 8 inc round cake pan or cupcake pans.
Whisk together the flour and baking soda. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 30 min. or 20 min. for cupcakes
