- 2 CUPS UNCOOKED MACARONI
- 4 TBSP BUTTER
- 2 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 3 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 (10 3/4 OZ) CAN CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP WHOLE MILK
- 1/2 TSP DRY MUSTARD
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER

Step 1
COOK MACARONI
MIX BUTTER AND CHEESE IN A SAUCE PAN, ADD EGGS, SOUR CREAM, SOUP, SALT, MILK, MUSTARD AND PEPPER. STIR WELL.
ADD MACARONI TO CHEESE MIXTURE.
COVER AND COOK ON VERY LOW HEAT FOR 1 HOUR.
