Stir Fried Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby bok choy
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Shao Hsing rice wine
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 slices fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Clean the bok choy, if using large bok choy, separate into stalks
trim 1/4 inch from bottom of bok choy, if using large bok choy, cut the leaves into pieces 2 inches in length.
Combine the broth, Shoa Hsing, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Heat a flat bottomed wok over high heat
add the vegetable oil, swirl around in the wok to coat.
add the ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds
add the bok choy and stir fry until leaves are limp, and color is bright green.
stir the broth into the mixture.
stir fry until bok choy is just cooked.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
