Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place banana and lemon juice in blender and process until smooth. Add sugar and process until blended. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in water and orange juice. Fill cylinder of ice creamer freezer two-thirds full and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Transfer to freezer container and freeze 2-4 hours before serving. Makes 2 ½ quarts.
