Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/3 C. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/3 C. Sour Cream
- 2 Med. Bananas, peeled
- 1/2 C. Peanuts
- 1 Square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 C. Cool Whip Topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in lg. skillet on med. heat. Add sugar; cook till melted, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add sour cream; cook 1 min. Cut banana slices, cut sides down, & peanuts to skillet. Cook 1 min. or till bananas are evenly coated & tender, basting occasionally with sauce. Spoon bananas evenly into 4 dessert dishes; top with remaining sauce from skillet. Drizzle chocolate on top of bananas. Top each with whipped topping. Serve warm.
