Ingredients

  • 2-3 Fresh salmon steaks
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t. dried dill
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Butter the bottom of the pan
Blend the ingredients in a small bowl
Butter the salmon with the mixture from the bowl
Bake the salmon 10-12 minutes, or until it is cooked throughout
