Ingredients
- 1 can croissant rolls
- 1 8 ounce tub of cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 slices bacon, cubed
- 1 tspn garlic
- Chives, fresh or dried (I used dried)
- 1 pat butter
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Slice and cube bacon and cook until almost crisp. At about the half way mark of cooking, add the garlic. Dish out the cream cheese in a bowl and add chives. When bacon is done, place it on a paper towel to drain and cool. When cool (about a minute or two), add it to the cream cheese mixture. Meanwhile, roll out croissants on a non stick, oven safe surface. Place a spoon size dollop of cream cheese mixture on end of croissant. Roll and close the edges. Bake according to croissant can instructions. Melt the butter in a dish. Brush over top of croissant. Sprinkle Parmesan and chives and serve.
