Ingredients
- 4 Cups Macaroni (16 oz.)
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- 5 Cups Milk
- 16 oz. Velveeta
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook maacaroni according to package directions. Drain well.
In large sauce pan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt & pepper.
Stir in milk and cook until thickenec and boiling. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
Combine w/macaroni and pour into greased 3 qt. casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Makes a large batch - is easy to half.
