Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 # ground turkey, lean
- 1 egg, large
- 1/3 c scallions, chopped
- Handful of spinach, fresh
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 t. garlic salt (use garlic powder for less salt)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with a whisk, except the ground turkey and spinach.
When mixed well, add the turkey and spinach. Use your hands to knead the mixture together.
Shape into a loaf about 1.5 to 2.5 inches thick.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
