Ingredients

  • 1 # ground turkey, lean
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1/3 c scallions, chopped
  • Handful of spinach, fresh
  • 2 T. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 2 t. garlic salt (use garlic powder for less salt)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with a whisk, except the ground turkey and spinach.

When mixed well, add the turkey and spinach. Use your hands to knead the mixture together.

Shape into a loaf about 1.5 to 2.5 inches thick.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
