Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 C Stonewall Kitchen Curried Mango Grille Sauce
  • 1 T dark rum
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 1/4 C cilantro leaves, gently torn
  • Lime wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the Mango grille sauce and rum in a bowl
or plastic bag. Add the shrimp and marinate 2 hrs.
(NOT more than 6 hrs.)

Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill on medium grill
2-3 mts. on each side, or until the shrimp is cooked
but still tender.

Serve Shrimp over your favorite rice dish, if desired.
Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp. Garnish w/Lime
wedges and Cilantro leaves.
