Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2/3 c oil
- 1 c sour milk
- 1 teas salt
- 1 teas soda
- 1 teas vanilla
- 2 c rhubarb
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 egg
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together. Put into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
