Ingredients

  • 1-2

    lbs. ground turkey

  • season to taste

  • 1-2

    large can(s) tomato soup

  • 1-½

    cans water

  • 1

    Tbsp. chili powder

  • 1

    can red kidney beans- rinsed

Directions

Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Season to taste. Add tomato soup and water. Simmer to a boil. Add kidney beans. Add chili powder to taste. Variations- can add cooked pasta for a heartier dish. Serve with cornbread.
