Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 cups raw apples-Pippins-diced very small and thin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 eggs-slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Put eggs, oil and sugars in bowl and cream together add vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Dough will be very stiff, almost like cookie dough. Add apples and nuts. Spread in prepard 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until it tests done as any other cake would. Vanilla cream cheese icing goes very well with this cake. Men usually like this on very well. It is moist and spicy and not a light airy cake.
