Beef Casserole

  • 1 lb. chopped chuck
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • s and p
  • 2 T. scallions
  • 2 T. margarine
  • 8 oz. noodles
  • cheddar cheese, grated



Step 1

Brown meat in melted margarine with garlic. Pour in tomato sauce, simmer covered 20 minutes. Cook and drain noodles (8 oz package). In separate bowel mix sour cream, cream cheese and scallions. PUT IN CASSEROLE LAYER OF NOODLES, LAYER OF CREAM MIX, AND LAYER OF MEAT SAUCE. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
