Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with electric mixer on med-high for 30 sec. Add brown sugar, gran sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Beat until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour. Stir in rolled oats and raisins.
2. Drop the dough by rounded tsp's 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Cook on cookie sheet for 1 minutes. Transfer to wire racks and cool.
