Crock Pot Applesauce - No Sugar Added

Ingredients
- 12 Gala Apples (or apples of your choice, nutritional facts are for gala) cored and peeled
- 1.5 TBSP Truvia All Natural Sweetner
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Water

Preparation
Step 1
Core and peel apples, slice into 8 pieces each and place all in crock pot.
2. Add Truvia, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3. Add enough water to almost cover apples.
4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
5. Unplug crock pot, remove lid and let cool for about 30 minutes.
6. Scoop apples out with slotted spoon.
7. Add 1/3 at a time to blender and blend to desired consistency. Repeat with the rest of the apples.
8. Combine all parts and enjoy! (It's really good warm over some vanilla ice cream! But also quite delicious on it's own.)
9. Makes 10 servings, approximately 3/4 cup each.
