Asian BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pork tenderloins
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 + inches fresh ginger (thumb size portion)
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put peeled garlic and ginger in mini food processor; pulse to mix. Add catsup, soy sauce and brown sugar; pulse.

Place mix in gallon plastic bag with tenderloin.

Marinate at least two hours or overnight.

Remove from marinade, place on extremely hot grill.

Rotate every few minutes to get an even char. Cook until 150 degrees. Let rest ten minutes. Slice on the bias in 1/4 inch slices.
