- cup chicken broth
- cup skim milk
- cup part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 tab. Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fettuccine

Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth and milk. Stir in ricotta. Blend until creamy. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss cooked pasta with fresh sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
