Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tblsp. Sugar
- 4 tsp. bkg. powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tblsp diced jalepeno
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tblsp corn kernels

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the milk, sour cream, egg and butter. Mix together and add the jalepeno and cheese. Pour into a buttered dish and bake @ 375 for 25 minutes. Honey butter the top for a great touch.
