Ingredients
- 3/4 c unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 c beer
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Pour 1 1/2 c marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the ribs. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 5 hrs or overnight, turning once. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain and discard marinade. Grill ribs, covered, over indirect medium heat for 10 min on each side. Baste with some of the reserved marinade. Grill 20-25 min longer or until juices run clear and meat is tender, turning and basting occasionally.
