Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4oz.) package vanilla instand pudding
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 medium apples (peeled and cut)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes

Combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, and oil.

Beat for 5 full minutes

Pour 1/2 the mixture into a greased and floured bunt pan

Sprinkle with 1/2 the cut apples and 1/2 the sugar and cinnamon mixture

Repeat.

Bake, turn right out of pan into plate
