Ingredients
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 3/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 cups Cocoa
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 4 cups Coconut
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa. Whisk in eggs till well blended. Stir in flour.
2. Spread half of batter in a greased 9×13″ pan.
3. Combine all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl.
4. Spread over the brownie batter.
5. Drop remaining batter over the filling in spoonfuls, then spread out.
6. Bake at 350°F for about 40–45 minutes. (If using a glass pan, bake at 325°F.)
