Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 T capers, drained and chopped
- 2 T snipped chives
- 2 T prepared horseradish, drained
- 12 oz. bowtie pasta
- 4 oz. cold-smoked salmon, torn into ribbons
- 1 c halved grape tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Into large bowl grate 2 tsp of peel from lemon and squeeze 1 T juice. To same bowl add cream cheese, milk, capers, chives, horseradish, ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Whisk until combined
2. Cook pasta and reserve 1/3 cup cooking water and add to cream cheese mixture
3. Combine salmon and tomatoes with cream cheese mixture. Toss until well coated.
