  • 3 firm-ripe peaches, pitted and sliced into rounds
  • 6 oz buffalo (or other fresh) mozzarella, sliced into 8 rounds
  • 2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, cut lengthwise into thirds
  • Fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • DRESSING:
  • 2 tsp EVOO
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
