Ingredients
- 1 ob flank steak
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T oyster sauce
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb snow peas
- 3 c hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Slice steak into strips and set aside.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Heat wok on high for 2 min. Add steak and stir fry 3 min, remove.
Stir fry onion, celery, mushrooms, and water chestnuts in wok 2-3 min. Add meat and snow peas. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 2-3 min.
Stir in soy sauce, cook on high until bubbly.
Serve over rice.
