- 2/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 6 oz each)

Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the preserves, dressing and mustard. Pour 3/4 cups of the marinade into a large resealable bag, add the pork and seal the bag, turn to coat. refrig for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrig the remaining marinade.
2. Remove pork bag from frig, drain and discard the marinade.
3. With long handled tongs moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill pork over covered medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 160. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.
